Fasting – An Effective Way to Lose Weight

3. Drink unflavored lemonade in the morning the day you fast as this will help you balance the chemical reactions that occur inside your body.
4. Avoid using microwaves.
On the other hand, if done adequately, fasting helps a person losing weight as well as looking good. It also removes toxics from your body and you tend to digest things better. Moreover, you can also get more nutrition from the same quantity of food that you used to eat earlier.
